Career and Productivity Centre

We are located in East Tennessee, not far from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, Knoxville and Bristol, Tennessee.
We can put together a special events package that includes boating, golf, or other group activities. Design Management Alliance can design retreat packages for companies looking for something different and can also provide trainers, facilitators, or speakers for your function. The Career and Productivity Centre is a spacious, 1,600 sq ft facility equipped for your business meeting or training needs. The facility is available 24/7 and is fully equipped to handle your business needs. It offers comfortable, yet intimate seating for 35.

FROM GREENEVILLE, TN
Take 11 E toward Morristown. Pick up the 25E North 4 Lane toward Bean Station, Rutledge Tazewell. Once you are on 25E North you will cross over the Cherokee Lake Bridge. At this bridge check your mileage. Travel approx. 3 miles from this bridge and you will see a sign that says, Lake Shore Second Left. Just past this sign you will see a Citizens Bank. Turn right onto Broadway Drive in front of this bank. Travel approx. ½ mile and you will see Design Management Alliance on your left. Park on either side of the building or in the church parking lot next door. Driving time is 60 minutes.

FROM NEWPORT, TN
Take 25 E toward Morristown. Stay on 25E North 4 Lane toward Bean Station, Rutledge Tazewell. You will cross over the Cherokee Lake Bridge. At this bridge check your mileage. Travel approx. 3 miles from this bridge and you will see a sign that says, Lake Shore Second Left. Just past this sign you will see a Citizens Bank. Turn right onto Broadway Drive in front of this bank. Travel approx. ½ mile and you will see Design Management Alliance on your left. Park on either side of the building or in the church parking lot next door. Driving time is 40 minutes.

FROM KNOXVILLE, TN
Take I 40 East to I-81 North toward Bristol. Take exit 8 to 25E North toward Morristown. After you exit turn right onto 25E North. Take 25 E toward Morristown. After you travel approx. 10 miles you will cross over the Cherokee Lake Bridge. At this bridge check your mileage. Travel approx. 3 more miles from this bridge and you will see a sign that says, Lake Shore Second Left. Just past this sign you will see a Citizens Bank. Turn right onto Broadway Drive in front of this bank. Travel approx. ½ mile and you will see Design Management Alliance on your left. Park on either side of the building or in the church parking lot next door. Drive time is 80 minutes

FROM KNOXVILLE, TN
Take Rutledge Pike exit off of I-40. to 11W North. You will travel highway 11W North toward Rutledge and Bean Station. 11W will run with 25E for aprox. 3 miles. You will take 11W North Exit to Rogersville. As you come off the overpass going toward Rogersville you will see a red light on the 4 lane. Turn right at this light onto Broadway Drive. Travel 1.6 miles on Broadway and Design Management Alliance will be on your right. Park on either side of the office or the church parking lot next door. Travel time is 70 minutes

FROM JEFFERSON CITY, TN
Take highway 11E toward Morristown. Pick up highway 160 South to 25E North. One you are on 25E North toward Morristown and Bean Station. Continue on 25E North. You will cross over the Cherokee Lake Bridge. At this bridge check your mileage. Travel approx. 3 more miles from this bridge and you will see a sign that says, Lake Shore Second Left. Just past this sign you will see a Citizens Bank. Turn right onto Broadway Drive in front of this bank. Travel approx. ½ mile and you will see Design Management Alliance on your left. Park on either side of the building or in the church parking lot next door. Drive time is 50 minutes

FROM KINGSPORT / ROGERSVILLE, TN
From Kingsport or Rogersville take 11 W West to Bean Station. As you leave Hawkins County and enter Grainger County, Bean Station, you will see Clinch View Golf Course on your left. Once you pass the golf course you will see a red light on the 4 lane. Turn left at this red light. This will put you on Broadway Drive. Travel 1.6 miles on Broadway. You will see Design Management Alliance on your right. Park on either side of the office. We will meet in the Career & Productivity Centre. Travel time from Kingsport is 65 minutes. From Rogersville 25 minutes.

FROM TAZEWELL, TN
Take 25E South & 33 North toward Morristown. Stay on 25 E South toward Morristown Once you cross over Clinch Mountain you will see 25E and 11W intersection. (Be careful not to take 11W to Rutledge) Stay on 25E toward Morristown. You see 25E & 11W interchange. Take 11W East Exit to Rogersville. As you come off the overpass going toward Rogersville you will see a red light on the 4 lane. Turn right at this light onto Broadway Drive. Travel 1.6 miles on Broadway and Design Management Alliance will be on your right. Park on either side of the office. Travel time is 35 minutes.

FROM ASHEVILLE, NC
Take I 40 West to I-81 North toward Bristol. Take exit 8 to 25E North toward Morristown. After you exit turn right onto 25E North. Take 25 E toward Morristown. After you travel approx. 10 miles you will cross over the Cherokee Lake Bridge. At this bridge check your mileage. Travel approx. 3 more miles from this bridge and you will see a sign that says, Lake Shore Second Left. Just past this sign you will see a Citizens Bank. Turn right onto Broadway Drive in front of this bank. Travel approx. ½ mile and you will see Design Management Alliance on your left. Park on either side of the building or in the church parking lot next door. Drive time is 90 minutes. Travel time is 2.0 hours.

FROM KNOXVILLE AIRPORT
Driving away from the airport take highway 129 North toward Knoxville 11.5 miles. This will take you to I-40 East. Take I 40 East to I-81 North toward Bristol. Take exit 8 to 25E North toward Morristown. After you exit turn right onto 25E North. Take 25 E toward Morristown. After you travel approx. 10 miles you will cross over the Cherokee Lake Bridge. At this bridge check your mileage. Travel approx. 3 more miles from this bridge and you will see a sign that says, Lake Shore Second Left. Just past this sign you will see a Citizens Bank.
